Where is my order? It’s taking longer than expected.
Most UK orders arrive within 5–11 business days. Occasional delays can happen due to carrier processing, high delivery volumes, or weather-related disruptions. If it’s taking significantly longer than expected, please contact us by email.
Tracking hasn’t updated / it looks stuck. Is that normal?
Yes. It’s common for tracking to show no updates for a few days, especially before the first scan. Once your parcel reaches the local carrier (such as Evri), delivery usually happens within 1–2 days.
I can’t track my order (link won’t open / “not found”).
Please use the “TRACK MY ORDER” button and search using your Order Number OR the Email/Phone used at checkout. If it still doesn’t work, email us and we’ll help.
Can I change my address or delivery instructions (safe place / neighbour)?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to help. Once it’s with the carrier, changes usually need to be made through the carrier’s tracking options.
I wasn’t asked for my CVV (security code). Is this safe?
Yes. Some banks approve payments using built-in verification (such as 3D Secure) or trusted checkout settings. Nothing is charged without authorisation.
I see extra charges / I didn’t order patches / videos. Is this a subscription?
No. We do not run subscriptions and there are no recurring charges. Any add-ons (if selected) are one-time only. Any bonus content (if included) is free.
My order didn’t include a power adapter.
The device charges via USB 5V. Any standard phone charger works. If an accessory is missing from your order, contact us and we’ll assist.
